Rail Parts

Single Arm Bracket

One piece formed steel bracket. U-bolt locks to any type of stanchion. No slipping. Special half-clamps not required. Special construction permits vertical height adjustment. Flat top accommodates full width shelf. Rail fastens with self-tapping screws (provided). U-bolt and nuts furnished. Load capacity 300 lbs.

Double Arm Bracket

One-piece formed steel bracket. U-bolt secures the bracket to any stanchion with no slipping. Special design allows vertical adjustment while keeping the rail parallel. Flat top supports full-width shelves. Fits up to 1" pipe or 1-1/5" tubing; fastens with included self-tapping screws. U-bolt and nuts furnished. Extra-wide cradle provides added rail stability. Load capacity: 300 lbs per side.

Speed Rail Heavy Duty Trolley Assembly

More rugged construction and features than standard model Speed Rail Trolley. Heavy duty load bar of 1 1/4" diameter. zinc-plated steel tubing and larger trolley heads support increased load capacity of 300 lbs. Heavy duty hardened bearings, 1 1/2" diameter. x 1 1/4" width, with larger ball races, assure trouble free performance under severe conditions.

4-way Cross-Brace Clamp

Steel 4-way cross-brace clamp designed for the Continuous Slick Rail. It allows the connection of two 3/4" IPS pipes at right angles, allowing both pipes to pass through without requiring the pipes to be cut. The clamp provides structural bracing and stability for overhead rail or support systems. The 4-way cross-brace clamp is zinc-plated, which provides corrosion resistance and long-term durability, even in demanding environments.
